High Five for Friday!

Since I’ve been busy, I’m stealing some variation of this from The Small Things Blog.

1. I looked forward to this lunch all day. A slice of Slaughter of the Soil pizza [spinach, artichoke, and tomato] and a Rabbit salad from Sizzle Pie.

2. While I might have officially lost chunks of my thumb to the microplane [it hurts just as much as I always thought it would], the stuffed eggplant I made last night was awesome.

3. I kind of want an Easter feast on Sunday, but Andrew will be out of town, and I should probably work on some more exams [4 1/2 down, 6 1/2 to go].

4. It’s finally supposed to be Spring-like this weekend. Trying to get a hike in!

5. I’ve started taking two tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar every morning with 16oz of water. It has to be the raw kind, like below, to supposedly see any sort of healthy side effects. I don’t even know what I’m trying to accomplish from this, but I figure it can’t hurt. Here are some of the ACV health benefits from WebMD.
